Julie: I started flowing when I started Parkour. Parkour is an exciting and quite hard sport, I use Flow as a counterbalance. Animal Flow gives me the opportunity to listen to my body and time to recover and recharge. I am looking forward to explore the basics with you and hope to inspire you and ultimately your students.
Animal Flow is a trademarked bodyweight program that’s centered largely around ground-based work. It features animal-style movements that encourage core stability and strength, joint strength, and body awareness — all without any equipment. This system is designed to improve strength, power, flexibility, mobility, and coordination.
Yogi teachers: you can use animal flow as inspiration for your dynamic practices, bringing back a little bit of play.
Dance teachers: you can use animal flow as a warm-up for floorwork, as inspiration for floor sequencing.
