Indra dances and has been involved in various sports since 1991 and is creative in the broadest sense of the word. This is reflected in her classes where she leads creative, adaptive and varied classes. Dance Yoga is a result of this, which Indra herself created. She has full training in classic Yoga and Aerial Yoga. Indra helps during her lessons to give insight to every individual. How can you listen to yourself? Do you overstep your own boundaries? Are you capable of more than you think? Her classes are playful, down to earth and approachable.
