Indra likes to show you the many facets of Yoga which can help you feel more at ease with yourself. She likes to share with you her knowledge on how to become a more beautiful, stronger and wiser human being, mentally as well as physically through yoga. All of this is to be found within yourself.

‘We never stop learning. How do you deal with a certain situation, how do you react, how do you feel? Through a daily Yoga practice you allow more space to take control into your own hands and to create awareness about what is happening in the here and now.’

Indra dances and has been involved in various sports since 1991 and is creative in the broadest sense of the word. This is reflected in her classes where she leads creative, adaptive and varied classes. Dance Yoga is a result of this, which Indra herself created. She has full training in classic Yoga and Aerial Yoga. Indra helps during her lessons to give insight to every individual. How can you listen to yourself? Do you overstep your own boundaries? Are you capable of more than you think? Her classes are playful, down to earth and approachable.
