I practice Marma because: when I received the therapy for the first time, I felt a new side of myself opened up. I experienced a deep meditative state and felt things I never did before. I was flowing with the Universe. I decided to learn the technique to give this to people. To be a mean for them to get in touch with their emotions, to relax, and to really be with themselves.
