Ayurveda is the Indian holistic healing system that forms the basis for understanding your constitution. Each individual has an unique mind-body type. As you start to recognise elemental qualities, you will be able to adjust your yoga practice to the present moment.
Yoga Sadhana (practice) can create balance in your life, if you know how to finetune your inner alchemy. Ayurveda holds the wisdom for knowing thyself and knowing how to develop a harmonic lifestyle. In this workshop you will be introduced to the essential principles of Ayurveda.
Afterwards you can start to recognise the 5 Bhutas (elements), the 3 Dosha’s (personalities) and the 20 Guna’s.(qualities) You’ll be handed tools to gain a deeper understanding of yourself.
