Music is such a powerful transformer, it opens our hearts and makes us feel a certain way. Mantras go even deeper, they take us on a (vibrational) journey that brings us back home. The vibration of Sanskrit, the tongue in which the mantras are recited, our own voice and the harmonium (original Indian musical instrument) shift the energetic field instantly and take us on a deep Soul journey that goes beyond the “understanding” straight into being and knowing. It creates a sweet Bhav (state of being) of unity as we join our Voices together in devotion to Source itself.

Why Do We Chant Kirtan?
Chanting kirtan is a devotional practice that helps to uplift the mind, open the heart and bring inner peace. It is the fastest, easiest and most joyful way to achieve peace of mind. During kirtan the singer calls a chant and the audience responds by chanting back.

We understand that you might come from a different spiritual background, please try to take this as an opportunity for you to understand the concept of unity in diversity, and open up to a new way of connecting with the Divine whether that may be for you. This is what Yoga means by Union—Union with all that seems to be different from ourselves. In that Union we experience well being as a natural state of Being.

We advise you to eat lightly prior to the event as we want the energy to move through swiftly and with ease. Eating your dinner afterwards is a good way to ground the energy back into your body.

Get ready for an evening of Heart felt connection, devotional chanting, Soul & Voice Activation and above all Magic we all create together!

Hari Bol!!
