3-week training on flexibility and mobility

* There are 10 spots for those who do the full series and 5 spots per training for those who would like to do just one session.
In targeted mobility training we work together to open up your body taking a very simple, science-based approach that is effective for everyone, regardless of your current flexibility.
Every workshop we will focus on a different target area. We’ll start with the hamstrings, move on to the hips and end with the spine. Each workshop will start with a little bit of theory where we’ll guide you through the what and why of the practice, and having a brief look at the anatomy of the area we are focusing on.
Then we’ll dive into about 1,5 hours practice, leaving some time at the end for questions.
No experience required, everybody welcome. At the end of the workshops you will receive the possibility to start working on your flexibility yourself through some personalised homework exercises.
This series is for dancers as well as yogi’s who are looking to improve their flexibility in a safe, but effective way.
