During Yin Yoga we stimulate the meridians. The meridians, are connected to our emotions, thinking and actions. We will practice a sequence of asanas to help us open up to the spring season. Just like flowers and plants coming out to the surface, we will allow ourselves to grow in what brings us vibrant energy. Indra will explain about the meridians and 5 elements theory. This will be a relaxed and meditative class in which there will be space for self inquiry.
