About this workshop
In this workshop we will explore different partnering techniques and tools. We will start with contact improvisation games to connect with other bodies. We continue with weight sharing, finding each others center, pulling and pushing and discovering the mechanics of our joints. At the end of the workshop we will explore different duo and group lifts using all the tools we found.
The workshop is for movers who have experience with contact / partnering
