Strengthen your body, increase your flexibility and boost your metabolism with Essentrics: a dynamic full body workout with smooth and fluid movements.
Inspired by dance, tai chi, yoga and pilates the Essentrics technique was developed more than 20 years ago in Canada. Combining strength and flexibility training, it is a fun and highly effective full body workout to loosen stiffness as well as strengthen, slenderize and tone your body. Straight away you will feel more space and length in your body, feel lighter and stronger.

Essentrics training is designed to simultaneously strengthen and lengthen the muscles. The movements are not heavy or difficult, but highly effective in rebalancing the muscles in the entire body, increasing the mobility of the joints and improving posture. Also, the large circular movements help to increase blood circulation, metabolism and energy levels.

Essentrics has proven to be highly suitable for any age and at any stage of life. Both professional athletes, young and senior persons practice Essentrics worldwide. It has also proven to effectively support injury rehabilitation.
