An intense workshop in which all muscle groups needed for proper dance technique are targeted. During the workshop we will use a mat, a gym ball and a resistance band (all provided). In a series of exercises we will work on building awareness and strength, needed for safe dance practice and developing your technique further.
The workshop is a combination of yoga, pilates and progressing ballet technique and suitable for all levels. After the workshop, you will also get tips how to continue at home.
