Class overview

Cardio Hiit
An intense workout that will elevate your strength and endurance through heart-pumping workouts. High-intensity interval training (HIIT) alternates between intense bursts of dynamic exercise and short periods of active recovery for maximum muscle-building and maximum burn.

The perfect match between yoga and pilates. This class will be all about building core stability, correct muscle use and flexibility. An effective full-body workout to tone up and build strength.

Cardio Curve
Time to boost our energy through a targeted sculpting workout. Every Sculpt Boost consists of three sections 1. BootySculpt, 2. CoreSculpt, 3. CardioSculpt (full body blast). Each class will leave you feeling sweaty, strong, and accomplished.
