Ashtanga Primary Series Workshop

Ashtanga yoga is a powerful tool to tune the body. It improves focus, balance and coordination.
In Ashtanga yoga you practice a set series of postures. The series were designed to open the body progressively. The way Ashtanga yoga is practised instills a better sense of rhythm and increases your awareness of the movement and flow of your body. It is also a great way to learn the yoga asana’s and to gain strength and flexibility.
In this workshop you will learn about the primary series of Ashtanga. No previous Ashtanga experience required or previous experience with yoga. Start learning by coming to this workshop.
