Time to sculpt that upper body and finally doing that chaturanga with ease! Every workout includes training for the chest, back, shoulders, biceps and triceps. This challenge is open to beginners, couch potatoes, yoga fanatics, professional ballet dancers and everything in-between. It consists of daily 30 minute practices over 7 days. Join in daily via livestream for extra motivation, or use the playback option to do the challenge in your own time in the evening.
