Front splits are one of the most tricky asana’s and every dancer’s dream of doing. The reality is that we need to stretch daily to come closer to this goal. That is exactly what you will be doing if you join this 7-day splits challenge. This challenge is open to beginners, couch potatoes, yoga fanatics, professional ballet dancers and everything in-between. It consists of daily 30 minute practices designed to warm you up and get you closer to your goal. The stretches will include iliopsoas, hamstrings, hips, groin and abdominals (yes really). Join in daily via livestream for extra motivation, or use the playback option to do the challenge in your own time in the evening.
