The best way to gain flexibility is to practice daily. That is exactly what you will be doing if you join this 7-day flexibility challenge. This challenge is open to beginners, couch potatoes, yoga fanatics, professional ballet dancers and everything in-between. It consists of 30 minute practices which combine longer held stretches with active movement for the best results. Join in daily via livestream, or use the playback option to do the challenge in your own time. The daily evening time will help you also to sleep better and deeper.
