You sometimes hear yoga teachers telling you about the chakra’s, but maybe you don’t really know what it is or what it means or what they are supposed to do. These 7 days will deepen your understanding and awareness of the chakra’s. Each session will focus on one of the 7 main chakra’s and will learn you about its qualities and its relationship to certain asana’s. Chakra’s are our wheels of energy and our connection to our life force (prana). Becoming aware of the chakra’s allows us to restore and rebalance.
