A contemporary floorwork class

In this class we will play with floorwork, being upside down and ways of going in and out of the floor. Learning some new tricks and diving deeper into the technique of connecting to the floor with both hands and feet. Handstands, cartwheels, flowing, jumping, turning and rolling in and out of the floor with as much smoothness as possible. To finish this class we will bring in all together in a choreography.
