Contact Contemporary

A contemporary dance class with focus on contact improvisation and partnering technique.

In this class we will explore the possibilities of partnerwork through concepts such as sharing weight, pulling & pushing, grips, center point, lifts and balance. We will work towards a choreo that uses all of the learned techniques.
