Cancellation Policy

By signing up for our retreats, you accept the following terms and conditions: Payments: Full payment or two installments (50% each) is required. The final payment is due one month before the retreat. Refunds/Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted up to one month prior to the retreat for a 50% refund. No refunds or credits will be provided afterward. Registration Requirements: A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your booking. You may transfer your registration to another person without penalty if you notify us and the new participant completes a registration form. Agreement: - By registering, you acknowledge your responsibility for travel insurance and confirm a certain level of fitness for participation. You accept the risks associated with activities like yoga, dance, meditation, hike, and trail and agree to inform instructors of any limitations or medical conditions. - You waive any claims against the organizers for injuries or damages incurred during the program. Organizers may accept or decline applications, alter itineraries for participant safety, or cancel trips, offering a full refund of payments made but no compensation for other incurred expenses.
