Conditions, Terms & Policies

By signing up for our retreats, you voluntarily accept the following terms and conditions: Payments: - A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your booking. - Payments can be made in full or in two installments upon request (50% each). - The final payment is due one month before the retreat. Refunds/Cancellations: - Cancellations must be made at least one month prior to the retreat for a 50% refund of the total trip price. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations after this date. - If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to a third party. Both parties must notify us promptly, and the third party must complete a registration form. Agreement: - By registering, you understand and accept the terms outlined. - You are responsible for your travel insurance. - Participation requires a certain level of fitness and health. You acknowledge your responsibility to assess these and assume the risks associated with activities such as yoga, dance, meditation, and breathwork. Control and direction over your activities remain with you. You assume full liability for any injury or discomfort arising from participation. - Inform the instructor of any movements you cannot perform safely, and refrain from activities that may cause injury. Communicate any limitations or medical conditions to teachers and assistants. - You, along with your heirs and legal representatives, waive and release the organizers from all liabilities for injuries, damages, or death resulting from your participation in program activities or any related activities. You agree to hold them harmless for all claims related to injuries and associated costs. - The organizers reserve the right to accept or decline applications, adjust the itinerary for participants’ comfort and safety, and cancel trips if necessary. In case of cancellation or postponement, participants will be fully refunded for paid amounts, but the organizers will not cover other expenses like flights, accommodations, or travel insurance.
