Bloom honours every season with the ayurvedic teachings that come with them. According to Ayurveda, learning about ritucharya, seasonal changes, is important for living a fulfilled life. It teaches us to track the deeper patterns influencing our health and well-being. During the summer season, the state of our doshas begins to change in relationship with the elements around us. As we transition out of the spring, where kapha dosha was most prevalent, we move into summer, the pitta season. As the days and nights are hot, we look to foods that are sweet, light, and moist with plenty of healthy fats, like cucumber, watermelon and avocado. Eating mindfully and seasonally helps to tap into your full energy potential, clear your mind and experience a clear mind and take in the delights of the summer season!

During the retreat, we create delicious, Ayurveda-inspired meals using Sicily's exceptional local ingredients. Featuring sun-ripened vegetables, vibrant citrus, and rich olive oil, our nourishing dinners reflect the balance and vitality of Mediterranean cuisine, perfectly complementing the retreat’s holistic focus.


Nurturing Massages
Our accommodation provides a serene escape nestled in nature. Guests can relax by our inviting pool, enjoy the sun lounges, and explore the scenic terraces. We offer 7 shared or private rooms, each with its own bathroom for your comfort. The cozy communal space includes a lounge area and kitchen, ideal for relaxation and socializing. Additionally, a stunning terrace is available for outdoor practice.
