In this class yogic practices such as meditation and breath work (pranayama) flows fluently into more spontaneous movement, set on music. Movements from (jazzy and modern) dance, and also from tai chi, Qi gung and taekwondo. Playful, soft and powerful. It is a non-technical practice meant to energize the body, release blockages and relax the mind. The class ends the yogic way with savasana.
A class taught by Annet Breure
Annet has been teaching movement classes (nia technique, combination of yoga, dance and martial arts) since 2013. In 2017 she did the Sahaj healing yoga training and integrated this practice in her classes and daily life. Annet (MA Arabic) worked some years at the Dutch council for refugees and Fanack media company, currently she works fulltime as a freelance yoga-dance teacher and Herbal Tales storyteller.
This class is taught every other week on Sunday from 10:00-11:15
