Yin & Bliss
A yoga class with a different approach. Lodie will start you off with a surprising Yang practice, which is based on the 22 minutes of bliss by Ronja Sebastian. The Yang practice will consist of shaking, connective breathing, fluid movement and meditation. The combination of these practices in 22 minutes will help you to reconnect back to your body and let your energy flow!
The meditation will be continued in a gentle Yin practice for another 30 minutes. In this Yin part consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses and provides the opportunity to work deep into the muscle, ligaments and connective tissue.
