Following the usage of the tennis balls to release the tension in the targeted areas, the student will then be guided into Yin Yoga postures in order to stress the tissues in the target area so as to increase circulation and improve flexibility. Stillness in each posture is observed for 3 to 5mins.
This is a slow-paced therapeutic class and each session will focus in-depth on selected parts of the body such as hips, legs, back, and shoulders. We’ll close the session with a longer rest to allow the effects of the practice to integrate. This workshop will help you find ease in your body, enabling you to increase your wellbeing and health.
