Any movement is a somatic movement when made with full awareness of the internal experience of the movement. In the session we go deeply into moving with ease and softness.
Somatics is about having a conversation with your body. When moving with somatic awareness you ask yourself questions like:
-Where can i release more?
-Where can i create more space?
-Can my breath flow freely?
Releasing, uplifting and free breathing are key in somatic movement and they will be the focus of this session.
