1. The 1-Month Pass is valid for 1 month from the activation date.

2. You can choose the activation date of the pass before completing your checkout.

3. You can request to pause your pass for circumstances such as pregnancy or injury by emailing discover@yourtribes.nl. Approval and conditions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. The pass is non-refundable.

5. You are allowed a maximum of 4 no-shows per month without incurring charges. Exceeding this limit will result in a €7.50 charge for each additional no-show, which is defined as booking a class but not attending. Please remember that you can cancel your class up to 3 hours before it begins.
