We decided we do not want to sit and wait for it to be over, instead we’re going to swing into action and start an online programme which is carefully selected to fit your bed or living room and to allow you to spend your time in quarantine the best way possible.

Tribes Total Body Boost

4 weeks – 3 times a week – 1 hour training – starts January 4th

The Ballet Challenge (instudio if possible)

1 week – Wed-Sun – 2 hour training – Starts February 10th
