Power Flow is a powerful and physical form of yoga. Like during Vinyasa Flow class the movements are synchronised on with the breath. Every Power Flow class is a variation of the Baptiste’s Journey into Power sequence. The sequence includes the five essential categories of asana – standing poses, forward bends, backbends, twists and inversions. You will asked to show up courageous and ready to explore your practice and try on new ways of being.
