6-Week Yoga & Running Course: Get Ready for the Singelloop Leiden
Join us for a dynamic and progressive 6-week training course to prepare you for the Singelloop Leiden. Whether your goal is to complete the race or hit a personal best, this course offers the perfect balance of running, yoga, and mobility training to help you reach your goals.
Course Details:
Dates: 6-week program, starting March 5th
Time: Wednesdays, 17:15 – 18:30
Location: Floris Versterlaan
Course Structure: Each class will combine technique training for running with dynamic mobility exercises to enhance strength, flexibility, and endurance.
Running: 30-45 minutes of progressively challenging run training designed to increase in intensity and distance, preparing you for race day.
Mobility: 30 minutes of dynamic stretching focused on mobility, flexibility, and recovery, specifically tailored to complement your running training and reduce the risk of injury.
How It Works:
Group Runs: On Wednesdays, we’ll meet as a group for our running workout. The first few weeks will focus on building endurance, followed by more intense sessions as race day approaches.
Solo/Partner Runs: For your weekend runs, you'll follow a personalized training schedule. Whether running solo or with a partner, we’ll provide guidance to ensure consistency and progress.
Expert Coaching: Throughout the program, you'll have access to expert coaching from Willemieke and Wout, trainers from both Woody’s and Tribes, who will guide you through each aspect of the course.
