This course is designed to explore through floor work a variety of exercises, in which the
relationship of breathing, muscle relaxation, body awareness and the use of gravity and
momentum, will allow us to dive into a gentle flow of movement sequences and patterns.
It is perfect if you are experiencing low energy, stress, tension or just want to improve your
flexibility and movement flow.
Open to all levels. The use of layers (long sleeves, sweatpants, sweaters, socks, etc.) is highly
recommended as we will be working on the floor.
