Running & Yoga: the perfect match!
with Felix de Rond
For this course you need no prior experience, but Felix will also be able to get you to the next level if you have experience already.
You will learn how to build up your running practice, as well as combine that running with yoga to support the most used muscle groups; building a stronger core, ankles and feet and bringing greater strength and flexibility to the glutes, releasing tight hip flexors, quads, calves and hamstrings.
With improved range of motion, the releasing of tight muscles, we aim for you to benefit from running more easily and most importantly will do so injury free.
