Content
In this technique only class you will explore the groundedness of modern and contemporary dance technique. Using techniques from both styles and focusing on musicality, different movement qualities and improvisation. We will focus on coordination, strength, balance, grounded, moving in space and flexibility. A high-energy class where you can feel free, improve your techniques and tell a story with your body.
