Content
This class is about owning and performing contemporary and modern. The class begins with a technical warm-up using techniques from both styles – swings, floorwork, waltzes, jumps, turns – and playing with movement qualities, shifting of weight. A high-energy class with a lot of moving trough space while keeping your focus on the correct techniques. Dancers are welcome to bring their own qualities, open mind and be willing to take up challenges. Feel free, take risks, tell a story with your body, and give it your all!
