Content
This class is about owning and performing contemporary and modern. The class begins with a technical warm-up using techniques from both styles – swings, floorwork, waltzes, jumps, turns – and playing with movement qualities, shifting of weight. A high-energy class with a lot of moving trough space while keeping your focus on the correct techniques. Dancers are welcome to bring their own qualities, open mind and be willing to take up challenges.
