For whom
This course is for dancers, who are somewhat experienced in modern and/or jazz and/or classical ballet. Who are interested in really connecting to the music, using modern and jazz-dance techniques.
Content
In this class we will learn a lyrical modern choreography, focussing on musicality and your own expression. We will start with a warming up with isolations, shifting of weight and some technical exercises. A big part of the class will be spend on learning the choreography and making in your own. I will give you tools to create your own story and expression within the frame of the dance piece.
