Content
Rythm and dynamics are central in the combined style of Jazz/Urban. Speed and the use of the correct minimal muscle strength to perform sharp and quality-changing movements are focus points in these classes. Other focus points will be isolations, musicality, improvisations and of course the enjoyment of dance!
