A pilates/yoga&ballet combination class in which all muscle groups needed for proper dance technique are targeted. Different from the the normal ballet class, we leave the barre for what it is and bring a different perspective to ballet technique by literally changing our perspective.
In a series of exercises we will work on building awareness and strength, needed for safe dance practice and developing your technique further.
Main components are:
– turnout articulation & stability
– felt through extensions
– center control
– foot & ankle articulation & stability
