A 4 week intensive of 2 hours every Thursday evening. Beginner friendly to progressively bring your level to intermediate.

The classes move through a dynamic warm up. Followed with techniques and crossings. We build towards short sequences passing through both high and low level Floorwork. Generally finished with a light cool down.

Come learn how to move in and out of the floor with ease. Build your foundations and start to play with combinations and flows.
