Theme of this 8 week course is: Beyoncé/Shakira!
Commercial Pop is a very varied dance-class: a combination of different styles such as hiphop, vogue, afro, jazz and dancehall. When we look at music-videos and live concerts, we’ll find popular commercial dance styles and choreographies. These pop-songs, creations and dance style combinations will be the inspiration for this dance-class. We’ll practise certain hiphop and jazz techniques such as isolations and flow. Plus we’ll work on performance presence, confidence and expression.
