Afro Dancehall is a combination of popular urban African dance, often danced on Afro beats and Afro-House music, and various dancehall techniques from the Caribbean Islands. During the course we’ll be working on flow, grounding, hip and chest isolations and most importantly: rhythm. This dance class will make you wine and sweat.
