Lodie came in contact with yoga after several injuries and an accident. Back then it felt like bad luck, now it feels like a blessing. ‘In the beginning each lesson felt like a struggle, now 2 years after that every lesson I take or teach feels like a party! I’ve really started to love yoga, not only because what the practice does for my body, but also what it does with my mind. Through yoga I get to know myself from the inside and the outside. I want to share what yoga can do for you. Less thinking, more feeling. That is why I focus on that in my classes – what do YOU feel and experience in every posture? For me the art of teaching yoga is looking at my class and connect to what is needed and what you are looking for’.
