AcroYoga blends yoga, acrobatics and Thai massage to cultivate trust, playfulness and community. Build strength, flexibility and have fun! Fly in solo, join as partners or swing by as a group. Come play! The AcroYoga class starts in a circle on the mats, with a yoga practice to warm up the body and to prepare the muscles and the mind for fun but challenging partner work.
AcroYoga partnerwork uses gymnastics techniques and yoga postures to build strength, flexibility, trust and teamwork. During the partnerwork practice you will either do some static poses, in which positions are held in an equilibrium (state of rest or balance) or will be dared to move from pose to pose through transitions and do some acrobatic flying. The AcroYoga class concludes with a relaxing and healing Thai massage. AcroYoga is for everyone and for every body; it’s about working together and taking your physical skills to a new height.
